What this is about
These terms apply to the use of the website moalboal-diving.com. Moalboal Diving is an independent guide to scuba diving and snorkeling at Moalboal on the west coast of Cebu in the Philippines: the dive sites, Pescador Island, the sardines off Panagsama, the sea turtles, first dives and courses, and the diving season. We do not sell dives, courses, tickets or tours ourselves.
Who sells your tour
If you book a tour through one of our links, you enter into the contract on the GetYourGuide website with GetYourGuide or with the respective tour operator. Their terms and conditions apply. They are responsible for the tour, payments, rebookings, and cancellations, not we.
Prices and availability
Prices on this website are starting prices and are for orientation only. If you convert them into another currency, we use reference rates from the European Central Bank; the result is an approximate value. Only the price and availability shown by GetYourGuide before booking are binding.
Sea conditions, dive plans and safety
Diving and snorkeling at Moalboal depend on the weather, the currents, the visibility and the decisions of the dive center, the boat crew and the local authorities. A boat trip to Pescador Island can be cancelled, a dive can move to a more sheltered site, and wild animals such as the sardines and the turtles are never guaranteed. Our pages describe dive training and safety rules as the training agencies and official bodies publish them; they do not replace a course, a dive briefing or medical advice, and only a qualified instructor or doctor can tell you whether you are fit to dive.
