About Moalboal Diving

A guide for your days under water

Moalboal Diving is an independent guide for everyone planning to dive or snorkel at Moalboal. Here you will find the dive sites off Panagsama and around Pescador Island, what swimming with the sardines and the sea turtles is like, how a first dive or a course works, what a day of diving costs and which months bring calm water and good visibility.

The site is available in English and five additional languages. It is written first in English.

How we research

Every number on our pages comes from a source that we link to at the bottom of the page: the Municipality of Moalboal and the Philippine government for the marine sanctuaries and their rules, PADI, SSI and Divers Alert Network for training and dive safety, scientific and institutional sources for the marine life, and NOAA climate records for the weather. Information on tours, that is duration, inclusions and prices, comes from the respective listings on GetYourGuide.

Nobody can promise calm water, clear visibility or a turtle on a given day, and listings differ in what they include, the number of dives and the pickup above all. That is why we tell you plainly what a listing states and what it leaves open.

How we make money

Moalboal Diving is funded through the GetYourGuide affiliate program. When you book through one of our links, we receive a commission; your price remains the same. There are no advertising banners here, and we do not sell your data.

Who is behind it

Moalboal Diving is run by Lukas Weber from Munich. You will find all details about the provider in the legal notice. The easiest way to send questions, comments, or corrections is to email [email protected].
